1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of Flight Innovation, Inc.’s academy website, account services, online enrollment, digital learning resources and related website tools. Flight Innovation is an Illinois business with its school at 1827 Walden Office Square, Suite 460, Schaumburg, IL 60173. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and contact the school about any existing enrollment.
These website terms do not replace the school catalog, your class enrollment agreement, a product’s access terms or applicable student rights. Review the specific terms presented for your class or purchase before accepting them.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate contact, identity and enrollment information, and keep it up to date. Use only an account you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in credentials and verification links private; do not share student access with another person. Contact the school if you believe an account or verification link has been used without permission.
Public guides can be read without an account. Student records, purchased materials and account actions require the applicable authentication and access permissions. Giving a name or email address to admissions chat does not establish account ownership.
3. Class selection, enrollment and seat availability
Each public class listing identifies its current tuition, delivery format, dates, availability and published requirements. School admission, FAA examination eligibility and certificate issuance are separate milestones. Review the requirements guide and selected class agreement.
Opening a class panel, asking a question or entering a budget does not enroll you or reserve a place. Enrollment follows the application, agreement and payment or funding-review steps shown for the class. Availability is checked during that process. A temporary checkout reservation can expire; a pending or failed payment is not a completed payment. A waitlist entry is not a confirmed place in the class.
If a class includes a separate practical phase, follow the published placement and attendance requirements for that phase as well as the primary instruction. Contact the school promptly if your availability changes.
4. Tuition, deposits and separate expenses
The selected offer and accepted enrollment agreement control the tuition, initial payment, remaining balance and applicable deadlines. An initial payment described as a tuition deposit counts toward tuition. A separately identified registration fee has the treatment stated in the offer. Review the exact payment breakdown before proceeding.
Examination fees, retest charges, travel, lodging, meals and equipment are additional unless the class expressly includes them. ADX payments are made through the testing center; oral and practical examination arrangements are made with the authorized examiner. The dated cost guide is for planning and does not guarantee a provider’s future fee or availability.
Payments are processed through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Financing and veterans’ benefits require their own eligibility and approval processes. An application for funding does not establish approval or remove an unpaid obligation. Do not submit payment-card details through chat, email or ordinary inquiry forms.
5. Cancellations, refunds and changes
Review the cancellation, withdrawal, transfer, refund and attendance provisions in your enrollment agreement and school catalog before paying. Contact the school to request a change; a request is not a completed cancellation or transfer until processed and confirmed. This page does not create a new refund schedule or override your agreement or applicable law.
Hotel reservations, airline tickets, examination appointments and third-party financing have separate change and cancellation terms. Confirm those directly with the provider. Allow a few days after graduation for the oral and practical exam; the last instructional day is not a guaranteed examination date.
6. Digital courses, books and learning materials
Access to a digital course, video or manual is limited to the person and duration described in the purchased product or enrollment. A supplemental online product does not replace an approved certification course unless the specific program expressly states otherwise. Completing a supplemental product or receiving its completion certificate does not issue an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate.
Flight Innovation and its licensors retain rights in course text, images, software, videos and other protected materials. You may use materials for your authorized personal study. Downloading or printing is permitted only where the product provides that option or the school authorizes it. Do not redistribute materials, share paid access, sell copies, remove access controls or publish examination or protected course content without permission.
7. AI assistance and planning tools
The public admissions assistant helps explain published school information. It can make mistakes and cannot enroll you, charge a payment, reserve a seat, approve funding, schedule an examiner or issue a certificate. Review the linked source and actual enrollment terms before making a decision. Account-specific assistance requires sign-in and the appropriate permissions.
The tuition and travel worksheet produces an estimate from published class amounts, current confirmed expenses and the values you enter. Blank or unconfirmed expenses are excluded from the subtotal. The result is not an invoice, financing offer or guaranteed total. Career examples and training scenarios are educational; they are not operational flight instructions or promises of employment, pay or certification.
8. Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and respect other users. Do not impersonate someone, submit misleading information, access another person’s records, harass participants, upload malicious content, disrupt the platform or bypass payment, authentication or material-access restrictions. Automated access must not bypass those restrictions or interfere with service operation.
The school may restrict access that violates these rules or threatens service security. Existing enrollment obligations and any applicable student procedures remain governed by the enrollment agreement, school policies and law.
9. Feedback, reviews and graduate stories
Submit honest feedback based on your experience. Do not post someone else’s private information or content you lack permission to share. You retain ownership of material you submit. We may use ordinary product feedback to improve the services. Identifiable graduate stories, portraits and promotional outcomes are published through a separate permission and review process; using the website alone is not consent to publish a testimonial.
10. External bookings and social links
Hotel, airline, testing, payment and social platforms are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. School hotel booking links provide a way to request the relevant rate; they do not guarantee a room, tax amount, full-stay availability or transportation. Verify the property, dates, total price and cancellation conditions before booking. Social links do not enroll you or grant access to student services.
11. Privacy and service changes
Our Privacy Statement describes how the academy handles information, communications, payments, chat and measurement. Website features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or technical problems. If an interruption affects a class deadline or purchased access, contact the school so it can review the situation.
We may update these website terms as the services change. The update date appears above. A website update does not silently replace the version of an enrollment agreement you previously accepted.
12. Questions, concerns and governing law
These terms are governed by Illinois law, subject to applicable law and student rights. Questions about a class, purchase or account can be sent to [email protected] or discussed at 847-892-7322.
For a student concern, use the student complaint information and the procedure in your school catalog. The complaint page also links to the Illinois Board of Higher Education’s institutional complaint process.
