Flight Innovation, Inc. · Academy website and related learning services

Updated October 15, 2026

1. Information you provide

When you inquire, apply, enroll, purchase learning materials or use school services, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the service, this can include your name, contact information, enrollment details, eligibility information, documents, agreement acceptance and communications. Student services also maintain attendance, progress, examination and payment records used to administer training.

We use this information to respond to requests, process enrollment and payments, provide course access, communicate about classes and maintain school records. The notice shown with an enrollment form describes that submission’s use.

Enrollment and security records can also include submission times, IP addresses, browser information and the version of an agreement you accepted. These records help administer requests, document consent and protect the service.

2. Communications and choices

We may contact you about your inquiry, registration, payments, course content, progress and important service updates. When information is requested for a separate marketing purpose, we ask for consent or provide an opportunity to decline. You can withdraw marketing consent by contacting [email protected] or using an available unsubscribe option. Necessary enrollment and service communications may still be sent.

3. Academy platform and service providers

The academy website operates through Flight Innovation’s school management platform. Service providers support hosting, storage, communications, payments and enabled learning tools. They may process information needed to deliver those services. External services have their own privacy terms; review them when you use their checkout, booking or other pages. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where a provider operates.

Live learning services

If you join a live online classroom, the conferencing service, such as Zoom, processes meeting participation information, including the display name and audio, video or chat you choose to share. Contributions may be visible to instructors and other participants according to the meeting settings. Camera and microphone access are controlled through your browser or device. Review the classroom instructions and provider notice before joining. Native mobile-app features have additional notices and device permissions.

4. Payments

Academy checkout is handled through the payment provider shown during purchase, including Stripe (privacy policy). Enter payment-card details only in that provider’s checkout. The school retains transaction references, payment status and accounting records needed to administer your enrollment. Financing, when available, is subject to the financing provider’s eligibility checks and terms. Do not send card details in email, admissions chat or ordinary website forms.

5. Admissions chat

If you use the public admissions assistant, your questions and relevant conversation context are processed by the enabled AI service to prepare a response. The school platform stores conversation records to support the chat service and its operation. Public chat uses published school information and does not have access to private student records. Signed-in student assistance is a separate service with account access controls. Do not enter sensitive identity, payment or medical information into public chat.

6. Cookies, preferences and measurement

The website uses session cookies for functions such as sign-in, security and enrollment. Your browser can block cookies, although some services may then stop working. Display preferences may be stored on your device.

When enabled, first-party search attribution records the public landing-page path and a broad source category such as Google or Bing in the session for attribution eligibility of up to 30 days. A submitted enrollment inquiry can be associated with that page and source for reporting. This feature does not collect your search query and skips capture when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Existing attribution and school records are not automatically deleted by turning on a browser signal.

Optional analytics may measure page use and clicks when configured. The tuition and travel worksheet calculates locally in your browser; its expense entries are not submitted to the school or included in guide analytics events. Hotel and social links load the external service only when you follow them.

7. Disclosure, retention and security

We may disclose information when required by law, to operate the services you request, or to address violations of our terms and protect the school’s services. If the business is acquired or merged, information may transfer to support continued service. We retain information as needed for school operations, applicable recordkeeping obligations and dispute resolution; retention depends on the record and service.

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. External links

Hotel booking sites, social networks and other external services have their own policies. Flight Innovation does not control their privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information.

9. Access, corrections and questions

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, raise a privacy concern or ask a question, contact Flight Innovation at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable school recordkeeping obligations before completing a request.
