LIVE INSTRUCTION / CLASSROOM PRACTICE

Train from home.
Come together to apply it.

Hybrid dispatcher training combines scheduled remote learning with required classroom attendance. The selected class determines the dates, daily commitments and location. Remote attendance still needs protected study time.

YOUR TRAINING TIMELINE

Know when you need to be there.

  1. Confirm your format

Your selection is listed as In person. Use the published schedule. A class without linked classroom dates does not establish a remote/on-site split.

  2. Plan required attendance

Obtain the exact classroom dates before reserving travel. Individual-start certification uses its own placement process; supplemental self-paced products are separate.

  3. Leave exam time

Allow a few days after graduation for the oral and practical exam. Arrange the appointment before fixing your departure date.

A practical remote-study setup

  • A quiet space where you can participate without work calls or interruptions.
  • A computer, reliable internet, working audio and the class’s required software.
  • Access to the assigned books and references during instruction.
  • A backup contact method if your connection fails; report the problem promptly.

ADX Knowledge Exam Prep Software Requirements: Laptop (windows or iOS) or tabled (iOS) Optional/Recommended: Access to Jeppesen Charts ($10-$15 for 30 days) We will provide guidelines on that.

A daily study routine

Before class, review the assigned topic and list questions. During instruction, work through examples and explain your reasoning. After class, revisit unclear concepts, practice the assigned tasks and prepare for the next session.

This is a suggested routine, not extra credited instruction. Required meeting times and attendance policy come from your selected class.

Hybrid training questions

Can I watch recordings whenever I want?

Do not assume recordings replace required live attendance. Follow the attendance policy and dated schedule for the class you select.

Can I work during the remote phase?

Compare your work hours with every scheduled class session, including the time zone. Keep time for assignments and rest. A remote format does not remove scheduled attendance.

Are exams included in the classroom dates?

Classroom instruction and examiner appointments are separate arrangements. Allow a few days after graduation and confirm your appointment, required documents, fee and location.
