Travel questions

Can I fly home on graduation day?

Leave a few days after graduation for the oral and practical exam. The school and examiner must confirm your appointment. Choose return-travel terms that fit that uncertainty.

Does the hotel rate include tax or transport?

The listed nightly rates are before tax. Confirm additional fees, breakfast, parking, shuttle availability and long-stay restrictions directly with the hotel.

Can I book the entire stay at once?

Ask the hotel to confirm the full date range and any maximum continuous-stay limit before paying. Keep the written reservation and extension terms.

What if I am traveling from outside the United States?

Review the international student guide and resolve travel and attendance documentation before booking.
